Richard and Chris Ostmeyer work together as real estate agents, helping clients buy and sell properties by conducting market research, negotiating deals, and providing advice. Richard's expertise is in real estate and appraisals for estate planning/settlement, business reorganization, charitable giving, sales/exchanges, and investments analysis for all types of improved and unimproved real property. Richard and his wife live on a ranch in Northcentral Kansas and split their time between Denver and Lawrence with their kids and their grandchildren.
