About Troy

Troy Parsell is a Farmers National Company Area Appraisal Manager with his office in Lapeer, Michigan. Besides the day-to-day management of the office and staff, he serves as the contact for all clients regarding projects. Troy began his appraisal career in 1989 and is now a Senior Appraiser. He specializes in complex appraisals with expertise in many areas including agri-business, farms and ranches, grain and livestock facilities, vacant and improved farmland, greenhouses, nurseries, orchards, vineyards, recreational and developmental lands, commercial and industrial properties, and aggregate mining operations. Troy has provided appraisal review assistant locally as well as globally. He also is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Michigan.
