This property includes 160 +/- acres in Section 29 that is split with a road. The property is on both sides of the road. This parcel has been primarily used for hay production. The west side has a small stock dam that is filled from rainwater runoff. There is a registered stock well in the northwest corner of this parcel that was drilled in 1993 that is currently capped. The east side of the road has been used for primarily alfalfa production, and could be used for other forage or row crop production.

The 480 +/- acre parcel consists of meadow hayland and good hardgrass pasture. There is approximately 65 acres of hay meadow. The pasture is split into three paddocks. The north one of which is watered by a windmill in the northeast corner. The two south paddocks are watered from a stream that runs through the property from south to north and is fenced that both the east and west pastures have access to the stream.
